Absolutely horrible service. I called at 5:55pm and asked if they were accepting walk ins. They tell me yes. I get there at 6:07pm and they tell me to come tomorrow. They need to have on their sign no walk ins past 6pm. Then the main lady was rude about it. Said “you need to come earlier next time” so I will be calling better business bureau on them!!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueOk. Not my main manicure or pedicure place. I went in here for a fill-in & a pedicure. The nail tech who done my nails used the “electric cuticle tool”, made them bleed from how much skin they filed off. Violently & Hard filing the acrylic to the point where some of the skin came off. Ok. Not my main manicure or pedicure place. I went in here for a fill-in & a pedicure. The nail tech who done my nails used the “electric cuticle tool”, made them bleed from how much skin they filed off. Violently & Hard filing the acrylic to the point where some of the skin came off. Only giving it a 2 stars because of the good pedicure I had done. :).

I understand this place is busy, but damn. I went in for a full set of acrylics. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, and being 2nd in line when getting there, and them calling their “regulars” back who signed in after I did, I’m finally seen. The nail tech instantly chopped my nails down to the nail bed… I instantly knew I made a mistake. I have been working so hard to get my nails to grow and she just cut em right off. The woman rushed to do my nails. I had to have her go back and fix them multiple times because they were crooked. My whole middle finger looks crooked. I told her and she just kept filing it and making it look worse, to the point I made her stop. All my nails are different lengths. I will never, ever return.

Very nice, clean, friendly, reasonably priced place to have manicure, pedicure, polish change, or even a full set of artificial nails applied to natural nails. I believe that they may even offer eyebrow waxing, but not 100% for sure.

They said they close at 8 pm. I came in at 7 and they said they wouldn’t accept any more costumers. There were no customers even in the store.. also the guy who said it was being really rude about it.
