I had my nails done here for the past 7 months, when I called to make an appointment with the girl I usually see they said okay and had me come in. When I showed up they said she wasn’t in and the she was away visiting family. I thought this was weird so I gave another nail tech a chance and they did okay. They couldn’t do any nail design I asked for. Plus there were many lumps and rough grit. Looks good from afar. When I called back the next 3 weeks to make another appointment they said my girl wasn’t there and hadn’t been there….. so I am disappointed

Customers had appointments and they did not honor those appointments. They skipped over some customers who had been waiting for at least one hour. I had an appointment at 12:30.
