They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give. Do not waste your money. She couldn’t even do a French tip. Spent two hours to end up with plain off shaped nails and she still charged me $28.00. Do not give the business your money. Go to the shores. Much better! Gel manicures

Very nice staff. I was tardy for my appointment and they graciously allowed me to arrive later than expected the spa pedicure with a sugar scrub is the service I received. The gentleman who did my service, treated my toes gently and even though my toes looked a bit rough he maintained professionalism. Polish is gel and I believe it last a while. I will return again. Highly recommended.

Called ahead of time and ask what time they closed they told me 7pm got there at like 5:20pm, mind you left work early to go. Told them what I was there for sat down for a few mins then they proceed to tell me they are not taking any more clients. I said I called ask ahead of time. Couldn’t tell you what the lady said to me I was to mad for words. Thought I would give them a shot AGAIN since they were 10mins from my job, worst mistake. Called the people I usually go in the shores and they closed at 6pm but we’re so nice enough to take me. Had bad experiences in at Star nails in my younger days and now. Super disappointed.

Critical: QualityJust got my nails done the previous day not even 24 hours and one of my nails broke. Came to get it fixed and was told we don’t have time to fix it for you. Used to come and get nails done by Lonnie and since he’s not there gave someone else try. Horrible idea as usual. Gave a good tip too. That’s crazy. If y’all go here just deal with John. Patience
I went here for years and was treated well. Lately not so much and im unsure why. My nails look awful and my nail beds are tore up from last visit. And for reasons I cannot possibly fathom, I paid $50 for a full set and I dont recall ever having to pay that much. All the people I referred to this place and years of going there and I’m not going back.
