Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a simple manicure. Was asked if I want gel… no just clear polish. Man did the manicure and tried to get me to do French manicure ( they look pretty he said). Again I said no. Just clear. He preceded and put my hand in the dryer. When he finished he wrote 32 on piece of paper. Said “ you pay”. I said y? He said go up front. I did. He came up and said 35$. I said no! I pointed to the price board and said manicure is 16$… he said u got Gel. I said I did not want gel and I’ll pay 16$. He spoke to other lady in their language. Said 17$. They charge 1$ for visa. He tried to get one over in this ole gal but he lost!! Will not go back to be taken advantage of again. Watch the prices here!!I went in for a simple manicure. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWas Not impressed one bit- should’ve read reviews first. My SPA pedicure was nothing but ordinary. She wanted to use the drill to remove old polish. I told her no to use nail polish remover.They did not wipe down the chair I was in before putting someone else in it.My niece wanted SNS. They had her soak for about an hour. They only have 3 people who do SNS. The man she got just came in from smoking and smelled like smoke and was coughing part of the time.She request coffin cut and he said no her nails were too short. At the end instead of her nails being smooth there was this lump/clump at the end. The owner (at least I think it was the owner) said that the lump was because the end was so small. I have never seen that with SNS or even acrylic for that matter.She wanted to wash her hands after the put an oil on the nails and they said she didn’t need to.Bring Cash! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey continuously try to get you to change your mind after you have already told them what you want & scrub your feet like you’re not human! He almost cut my toe, scrubbed a sore on my foot, & kept cutting it with the machine AFTER I told him he was rubbing & cutting too close! My polish looks a hot mess! Never again!Service: Pedicure

Critical: QualityMy nails look very bad. I don’t think I’ll be back. My pedicure was awesome with Zosn (which kept me from giving and star) but my nails look like something my child done. Ombre powder turned my nails into a big blob of mess. The nail is fat and thick with white showing through my pink! I asked her to stop half way through the process to fix and she tried but didn’t succeed. I had somewhere to be and couldn’t waste any more time so I let her finish but never again. My nails look very bad. I don’t think I’ll be back. My pedicure was awesome with Zosn (which kept me from giving and star) but my nails look like something my child done. Ombre powder turned my nails into a big blob of mess. The nail is fat and thick with white showing through my pink!
