I used all the nail salons around this area. I can honestly say Phillip & Tina are THE BEST. They are honest when you ask questions and they don’t just give you what they want you to have. They try to get to know their customers & genuinely want their customers to be happy. I can’t believe anyone would consider a negative review of these people. We just love them! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Destroyed my nails! I went in on 7/21 around 11:00. There was only one lady doing nails. Unfortunately, her English was not proficient enough to understand me well. I asked for an oval shape and she did pointy almond. I even said it was too pointy and she said “No, it’s okay.” I like more natural looking nails and these were anything but. Overall it was a sloppy sns job. There were waves in the finish, dried acrylic all over my fingers and the underside of my nail, and a crack on the second day. When I soaked the sns off, I found that the tech damaged my natural nails. My natural nails have breaks below the quick from her drilling. Three of my nails have broken to that break point and the rest are so brittle that they just chip away. I have never had this happen before and I am furious. Insult to injury- the advertised price for SNS was $38, but I was charged $52. This was my first and last visit to this shop.

Nice Salon but a ripoff. Charged me $55 for a full set SNS nails. I called afterwards they told me I would be $45 for a full set of SNS nails. I ask how much is a fill in they told me they don’t do fill ins the put a new set on I ask why she told me that just what they do. I called around the surrounding county’s and it would be $40 for just a fill in! I would not recommend STAR nails in Royston Ga!

Critical: QualityWorst experience at a nail salon yet. The first time i went i was very impressed and satisfied with my nails. The second time i went in and was told to sit down waited an hour for someone to work on my nails. I wanted a fill in was charged 50$ for said fill in. In which the lady rushed through my nails, changed my shape to one i didn’t even ask for and had them looking rough with my skin around the nail being cut. I ended up being so upset that i cried and the owner was very rude and unprofessional with how she addressed me. The second time i went in and was told to sit down waited an hour for someone to work on my nails. I wanted a fill in was charged 50$ for said fill in.
