Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first time coming to this place. They accepted me though it said to make an appointment which I called while outside. The gentleman told me to come on in. They are very thorough and clean. Before receiving service I washed my hands. They took my temperature and I sat down to get my nails done. He was so sweet and nice. I also got a pedicure which was amazing. I have found my shop and I will be coming here from now on. I love the atmosphere and the people here. Today was my first time coming to this place. They accepted me though it said to make an appointment which I called while outside. The gentleman told me to come on in. They are very thorough and clean. Before receiving service I washed my hands. They took my temperature and I sat down to get my nails done. He was so sweet and nice. I also got a pedicure which was amazing. I have found my shop and I will be coming here from now on. I love the atmosphere and the people here. Just wonderful.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner did my nails, and when I asked her to cut 2 nails shorter as they grow quicker than the rest and were way longer, she said “no. I’ve been doing nails for 28 years and know what I’m doing. You just need to relax, you’re confusing me” then proceeded to ask if I’ve ever had my nails done; I have, countless times. All I asked for was a pink and white manicure with short square nails. There was no “manicure” – no lotion or massage or nail treatment, my nails were rounded square (not what I asked for) and at that point I felt so disrespected that I just fixed them myself at home. I tried to be kind but from beginning to end she was rude and blatantly told me “no” to what I asked for, and she also told me she hides that she’s the owner so when people ask to speak to the manager/owner, she’s “not there”. The owner did my nails, and when I asked her to cut 2 nails shorter as they grow quicker than the rest and were way longer, she said “no. I’ve been doing nails for 28 years and know what I’m doing.
