THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE !!!! The didn’t properly dry my gel nails. I told the nail tech that I didn’t think they were dry all the way through. He told me they were because were gel nails. Again just because it’s gel doesn’t mean you dried all the way. I get home and my nail begins to peel almost instantly. I couldn’t go back to the salon because they were already closed by the time I left. I came back to see if they could fix it and explain to him how my polished peeled off after I left the salon the day prior and he told me that it wasn’t his fault and he was going to charge me an extra amount from what I already for, in less than an 1 the polish was peeling off. The amount of money I spent my nails should have not peeled off that quickly. Poor customer service and lazy nail techs !!!!

Star Nails is one of the coolest salons in the area arguably the best. I always come here about once every 3 weeks to relax and get my nails done. The decoration is very nice, the staff is very enthusiastic and attentive.

The young man that did my nails did an absolute wonderful job.. my nails lasted 3 weeks. I came in to have them removed.. I did powder so should have been easy removal??.. the older man sat down proceeded to do my nails… he was rough, sanding the powder off. I kept saying ouch, he laughed, he got my skin several times, I would jerk my finger, he laughed, he is very rough and left my finger nails with groves and feeling like sand paper. Skin around my fingernails are ripped and sore… I will definately go back to have the same young man do my nails…but that old man can kicks rocks, I will go somewhere else to have them removed.
