I am giving this place 1 star because the woman could not do the design I asked for. It was an ombre. She said because it is dip powder. Okay? Then do dip powder? She said no. Then I asked for a green base with a black blood design and she again said no. That she did not know how to do it. What do you mean you don’t know? So I Then asked okay well what design can you do then? She brought me stickers smh. On top of that my friend who was with me asked for a sparkle dip powder on top of her nails and the woman who was doing mine spoke up and said “well that’s 15 dollars more” with an attitude. So neither one of us received what we asked for. On top of that they kept speaking in there language not English. Which I find very rude because it was obvious they were talking about the customers. I do not recommend this place especially if you want a fancy design. They are old school and are not keeping up with the trends of today. So I ended up going with stickers.

Went for pedicure. All chairs taken. I was clearly next. When I was seated in a chair I asked one of the technicians if she can be the one to do my pedi..she said yes. Obviously jimmy didn’t like it and told her no. I had to wait for the next one…I had already been waiting an hour! I got up and left! That was a horrible experience. I’ve read reviews of people only requesting jimmy to do their manicure so why the hell can’t I request a specific person for my pedicure? Doesn’t matter anymore…I will join countless others and not return there and encourage others not to as well!

They couldn’t do what my friend wanted, and they were like oh it 15 dollars more for what you want like really this is what I want, like I couldn’t afford it, other customers who were there, were like wow really‼ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I asked them to make them so they weren’t sharp and here they are cutting my skin and my nails are pulling my hair as well. Dont go, I was offended when she said oh it’s more money like I couldn’t afford it ‼
