This business charges more than its prices listed, we have to wait hrs to be seen(I’m on hr 4 as we speak), than made me feel uncomfortable when asking for changes, because it was just not what I wanted. The ladies designs are good but the attitude sucks. Also had left over glue around my nails, and they hurt, came back to get them fix and charge extra $40 plus $75 that $115 for nails never again! My nails have never hurt like this before. Ended up not getting nails fixed just rude people

Waited to be seen for an hour and when I finally got in the chair the guy talked SO LOUDLY non stop the entire time I was in the chair. It was NOT relaxing at all. The lady that works there too never responded back to him so it was a one way conversation. He got so loud I asked him if he was singing a song. He immediately said “I am not talking about you. You don’t worry about it. If you don’t like it, you can leave. I am not talking about you. I’m doing my job.” It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a pedicure chair. He was beyond rude and I will NEVER go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional and the quality of they polish was HORRIBLE. I picked a non gel polish and when he began to paint my nails you can tell the polish was empty…I asked him to put some remover or smth to loosing it up…he refused….not to mention, he gave me a 3 second massage with my manicure on both hands! I give this place two stars because they are very nice and reasonable prices. My biggest issue is that they really need to hire more help. It is just the two people husband and wife. You want to support because they are very nice people but your waiting for hours because there is only two people working. They really need to think about hiring other people to help speed up the process and just help them in general.

I had a very relaxing hot stone pedicure. Loved my polish. Got standard polish and it’s lasted 3 weeks now and still looks great. Wish they had the liners for the foot tub. Seems like it would help with potential germs.

They may have new management but I was not pleased! The male seemed really nice when I walked in but the female did not greet me. I told them that I wanted my brows done and they soon took me to the back. I am very picky with my brows so I showed her a picture of how I usually wear them. The woman seemed to be a little inpatient so I laid back on the table. I instructed her that I do not like thin brows. Long story short, she did them like she wanted and said it looked better that way. I will never go there again because I hate when someone decides what’s best especially if I have to pay for it. One and done!

That’s a bad place to go to no wonder they so cheap, they have the worst service ever. Today was my second time going for a fill in. They don’t know how to apply acrylic. Some nails are way too thick while the rest are way too thin. The owner did my nails today: HORRIBLE !!!!! She kept stopping worrying about music and helping one of the workers write on paper. I’m just very disappointed because I have someone who does my nails very good in Wallace and $40 is well worth it. My color should not be chipped because they’re the gel mood colors but they are already chipped and my nails due to the acrylic is very lumpy. They don’t deserve to be in business at all and I’ll like a refund.
