The WORST service I ever experienced in a nail salon!! I got my nails done Saturday and within 24hrs it looks like the polish exploded. The polish on this nail was bubbling up by the time I walked out to my car. The older lady caught an attitude with me cuz I told her I didn’t like the design she did on another finger which looked like smeared paint. I paid $65 for this sloppy rushed through unprofessional bs. Omw out the door the same lady that caught the attitude had the nerve to ask me about a pedicure….um yea I was until this terrible service took place. I’ll never go back!!

There were 2 nail technicians and 2 customers..myself included. Once the worker realized I did not want a pedicure ..just a polish..she did not want to take care of me. I left. If I could give them no stars I would.

Critical: Quality, ValueI am very upset with my pedicure. First of all when I walked in. I looked at the menu. After I put my feel in the water here’s a menu that is not posted in the front. They wanted for basic 30.00 which did not include your heels. I paid for $40.00 plus 43 on refill of my gel nails. Total 0f 83.00 what a funken rip off. I am very upset with my pedicure. First of all when I walked in. I looked at the menu. After I put my feel in the water here’s a menu that is not posted in the front. Wonderful experience. The facility is very nice, clean, soft music playing, wonderful atmosphere. The pedicure spa chairs are in a separate room from the nail technicians. A nice set up. The young lady who took care of me was named Kathy and she was excellent! My pedicure was fantastic and she did a great job shaping my eyebrows. I highly recommend Star Nails!!

Me and a friend went here. My friend got seated immediately but it took me 45 minutes to get seated. When i did she was the one at the first desk and she was on the phone for the first 15 minutes. As she was taking my old acrylics off she ripped my pinky nail and it bled and she started laughing about it. She LEFT in the middle of doing my nails and was gone for a good 30 minutes. Finally when coming back she rushed through my nails and it was an awful shape and was not the color i asked for. I asked for a dip manicure and she gave me gel. Will never return to this place!!!

I will not ever go anywhere else, they are amazing. Beautiful, relaxing music playing, they are the best at gel nails. Absolutely love the atmosphere and the employees are so friendly.

Best nail salon in town!! Have always been treated very well and even given breaks at times on cost of having the rare nail repaired that I was at fault for breaking! Think that’s because I am good about not waiting to long between my fill inside. Not only do they do a fantastic job.. also faster than most I have gone to!! Great nail art for my granddaughter as well.. won’t go anywhere else!!!!
