They rushed doing my nails. They over charged me and got mad when I told them my nails were sideways had a attitude cuz I asked them to fix my nails they already over charged me for. Did my eyebrows wrong had attitude when I asked them to fix them. Talked about me like I wasn’t sitting there thinking I can’t understand their language but I can. Will not go back very bad service

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had my nails done in numerous places in and around High Point, and to be honest, this place was BY FAR the dirtiest, most unprofessional and just low quality nails I’ve ever had. They cut off my old SNS nails with tow nail clippers and tweezers. Within 1 day, 2 of my nails CAME OFF…..SNS nails now. My daughter and I went together, and to get 2 full sets/SNS it was $130…. I’ve never come NEAR spending that much. Would not ever suggest this place to anyone… then the bill came and I was STUNNED…by the time I realized how bad they really were, it was too late to stop them…. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.. I have had my nails done in numerous places in and around High Point, and to be honest, this place was BY FAR the dirtiest, most unprofessional and just low quality nails I’ve ever had. I went in for a full set and a pedicure . Now my nails are long and wide the acrylic is uneven. I was being rushed to pick a color even though she wasn’t even finished with my nails then she assured me that they had the same color in regular polish for my toenails however when it was time to get a pedicure she said I would have to get gel polish because they didn’t have the right color then she said that you can’t dry your toenails in that Salon because of covet that’s the only Salon that’s doing that I go to the salon every two weeks. It was just not a good experience I Won’t Go Back.

I had a horrible experience. I went in for a toe polish change. Rather than directing me to one of the multiple empty pedicure chairs, she had me sit at her manicure table, and she instructed me to place my bare feet on TOP OF A SMALL GARBAGE CAN. And this is where she performed my service. I would’ve refused and gone somewhere else, but I really needed a polish change, and by the time I went somewhere else other salons would’ve been closed. The price board said toe color change was $8. She charged me $10, and said the extra was for the toenail cut down. I had my toes done at this same salon a few months ago, and I wasn’t charged extra for a cut down. I have NEVER been charged extra for a cut down. Very unprofessional.
