Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to this salon for about 4-5 yrs and they are great. I’ve tried other places but I always end up going back to them. Tony is great! I’m such a procrastinater that I always call the store last minute and Tony always fits me in or he’ll do the best he can to get me in the next day if possible. I usually use Tony for my manicures and he sometimes does my pedicure as well but if he busy, some of the other women may do my pedicures as well which they are also good but they always rush on the feet massage (over the years they either spend less time giving you a massage or don’t put much pressure for it to feel like a massage) but nevertheless I’ll still keep going to them because their work is pretty neat and they’re friendly and kind.Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicuresI’ve been going to this salon for about 4-5 yrs and they are great. I’ve been going to this salon for about 4-5 yrs and they are great. I’ve tried other places but I always end up going back to them. Tony is great! I’m such a procrastinater that I always call the store last minute and Tony always fits me in or he’ll do the best he can to get me in the next day if possible. Critical: Professionalism, QualityRushing carlessly to get to the next person when its not even busy, not listening to how your customer wants their nails, using outdated tools and techniques. These practices are unhealthy, dangerous, bad customer service and ruins the over all experience. This is my second and last time coming here. Rushing carlessly to get to the next person when its not even busy, not listening to how your customer wants their nails, using outdated tools and techniques. These practices are unhealthy, dangerous, bad customer service and ruins the over all experience. This is my second and last time coming here.
