I’ve been coming to this place for years and every year it just gets worse. I think this is my final- “I’ve had it moment”. The quality is terrible and the workers are rude. I had the lady burn my foot because the water was so hot. I disregarded it as a mistake but then just look LOOK at my pedicure. I don’t have crooked feet but this lady filed my toe nail as if I have bunions and my toes face in a crooked direction. Not only that but the polish is put on terribly and their selection is polish that is alll old. I have never had such a poorly executed pedicure and I don’t even understand how this place continues to have business. So disappointed and will never come back here.

Horrible manicure, also told the lady it was for my wedding . I had asked for a full set with French tips. Asked them to fix it, it was getting worse when fixing so I asked to just paint the nails all white. The lady said she was going to charge me twice because of it. Never will go back to this place. Still with the nails painted white they look horrific. #refund

It is not worth coming here to spend your money here. They do a sorry job with your nails and RUDE!!!!! Especially the lady in the front near the window. Nails are lifting after two days!!!!!! Then you come tell them how bad of a job they did and they don’t even show no concern for your time and money. Black people stop supporting these types of businesses!!!!! Trash

Never a wait however, all the “nail techs” aren’t nail techs. They are not professional trained. The girl whondis my nails last week filed my nail to low. The gel manicure lasted less than a week and do not let them do your eyebrows.

This place is over priced and they completely scammed me out out $$$ The nail lady convinced me to get gel manicure and pedicure…and charged me $85 when the sign clearly said $65. Then she proceeded to tell me that they charge $5.00 to remove my old nail polish when I get a pedicure.Who does that…I could have removed my own nail polish for that dumb fee!! Then after I had explained to the woman that her sign doesn’t match the price she gave me she for 2 mins…she finally gave me back what she over charged for a not so good job!! My nails were done very poorly, paid 45 for my manicure with gel and 30 for pedicure. When I complained and showed them how bad the work was they insisted and forced to do them again with the same person after I specifically asked to get someone else for better quality, nobody else wanted to take over then they kept saying everything Outloud, letting every employee and customer know what was going on, making the other employee look bad instead of being discreet about it. Not satisfied at all.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for 15 years and after they were allowed to reopen since COVID19 situation they want raise the price $88 plus $10 tip. Though the girls doing the manicure and pedicure do an excellent job, the owner really should consider not ripping people off with the outrageous price.

The (male) owner is obnoxious. My gel polish only lasts about 10 days and I have an office job. The regular eyebrow tech is amazing. If I could find her replacement, I would never go there.
