Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHonestly if I could give this place a 0 I would. 10/10 the worst experience and customer service. Sanitation was absolutely awful. There’s more hair on their floor than in a hair salon. Despite their required PPE shields at work stations, they don’t cover their pedicure stations with plastic like most places. They didn’t even wash my pedicure station after me, they just sat someone down. I got a gel pedicure done & instead of giving me some type of footwear, the tech expected me to put my sneakers on with foil on my fingers. So I walked BAREFOOT to her station. I made the mistake of forgetting I had a gel seal on my dip mani & the tech began complaining that I didn’t tell her before hand (I apologized 3 times lol) & how it was going to take longer. Completely understood that was on me so I offered to have her charge me extra for her time. It got busy for about 20 mins & the tech became impatient rushing through my mani. Not only did she apply the dip sloppy & choppy but my fingers burned so bad after she filed them. Long story short, I usually pay $150+ for my mani/pedi set & the one time I decide to visit some place local for less it was an absolutely nightmare. Honestly if I could give this place a 0 I would. 10/10 the worst experience and customer service. Sanitation was absolutely awful. There’s more hair on their floor than in a hair salon. Despite their required PPE shields at work stations, they don’t cover their pedicure stations with plastic like most places. The pedicures are relaxing and the massage is great. The staff are all so nice and friendly and are great at picking a style that looks good on you, if you’re not exactly sure what you want. Can’t recommend enough!

Mei is my technician and she is excellent. I have never left there not completely satisfied. I go every five weeks for the dip procedure. Pedicure every two months. I have been complemented on my nails and have recommended Star Nails to all my friends and relativesThe shop is clean and all the technicians are pleasant and professional. I would never go to another nail salon. Plenty of parking. Critical: QualityDo you not get your eyebrows waxed here. The pedicure was great. Gel manicure is great. The woman who waxed my eyebrows put a ton of wax on at the same time, and ripped off a bunch of my skin. It was very painful. She also clipped me with the eyebrow scissors. My eyes swelled up.
