Im unable to return due to tremendous price increase. $80 for acrylic refill and basic design or various solid colors (with no design). I was charged $60 for refill and plain solid color, zero design. None of that includes tip so you end up spending $90+ when you do a refill & basic design. Staff is nice and friendly, I however really like the owner’s daughter and she does good work.

The place I usually get my eyebrows waxed at closed down. So I tried this place because I kept hearing about Lilly. My eyebrows came out flawless. FYI they only take cash.

First of all no prices on the wall, red flag. Got a pedicure. Worker had sores on hand no gloves. Secondly no jacuzzi bubbles during pedicure or sugar scrub to loosen dead skin. Never put lotion or oil on my legs either afterwards, no hot towel or massage. But charged 50 dollars. No atm and cash only payment. I paid for them to paint and cut my nails. I would steer clear of this place. No sterilization of tools for service or barbicide cleansing agent. Just shook in the water and put back on the tray. Didn’t have the color I asked for that was on their color tray so had to choose another color. Place is cluttered and dirty. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I started coming to this nail spa 2 months ago and I love it . The owner Lilly is very patient . I usually do my nails with cloe because I already stablished a relationship with her . She understand how I like my nails done , she know what I like . Lilly is awesome doing nails also but she’s mostly more busy. They are all friendly .

Me and a friend went to get acrylics, and service was very slow. We waited a little under two hours before getting our nails done, and while my nails were being done, the person doing them would pause, go do someone’s eyebrows and come back. Both me and my friend were cut, and when the nails were finished there was no cleaning of the acrylic paste and/or top coat. Otherwise that they did a pretty good job for 25 dollars. When you go I recommend asking for lily do you nails- she is the absolute best.

I came in at 5pm it was crowded the lady said it would be a wait. I said no problem I will come back. I come back at 6pm and ask about getting my lashes done. The lady nods let’s me sit down then the one that does the lashes mumbles something in Chinese. She then says to me in a condescending manner she is not do no more eyelashes tonight. The community made these people rich and they have ghetto customer service and high end prices. This was my first experience with them and my last

I have a bad habit of chewing on my cuticles So needless to say when I enter the shop my nails are a mess but when I leave they look Brand New. Lele and the crew do a phenomenal job in there. I get gels and they last for about three weeks. They never chip or peel. I love this place. And the mother is a hoot.lol
