I called on Sunday for a dip manicure. I was told Jennifer was available. When I got there she had just started a gel manicure. My nails were placed in a bag a acetone for nearly 45 minutes while she finished her client. She then began my nails and about 10 minutes in she was asked to finished another client that another tech didn’t know how to do. I was left sitting there for 20 minutes while she finished that client. She came back to me and apologized, I explained this is the third that I’ve had an issue there. Previously I had a pedicure that I was left half through for the same reason. Another time I had 3 different techs complete a dip manicure that came terrible. For these reasons I will never go back.

Got nails done for a wedding. Worst job ever. They had 3 different people working on my nails. Rather than concentrating on what they were doing they would rather chat on the phone. I hate the job they did. Very disappointed. I paid $50 for a fill and will be going somewhere else prior to wedding to get them done again

The Owner( i presumed because her eyes were never on my nails) was blabbering to 20 different people and filed my natural nails down on Top so much more then half broke. I usually cut my nails 2 time a year April and October. I’m pretty upset. This is the first nail salon that I’ve been to that Doesn’t give a hand massage. They did not open new tools, everything was reused and I am unsure if they were sanitized. The nail file used was very well used. My nails were nice and long and I just wanted white tips painted on and a relaxing manicure. She barely cleaned up my nails before cutting them short and square which I did not ask for. The French tips looked ok, but not amazing. The nail file used was very well used. My nails were nice and long and I just wanted white tips painted on and a relaxing manicure. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI can’t say enough about this place. I have only had 3 private pedicures in the last 15 months because of the pandemic. They cost a fortune and were subpar. I love this place because half of my pedicure was actually just leg massage, salt scrub, hot stone massage, and more massaging. It’s not only that but they know how to get at your calluses and have the right tools. I swear the guy used a cheese grater on my feet but in a good way. He also knew instinctively how to corner cut all my nails to avoid those nasty ingrowns. I’m fairly certain all American esthetician’s should get continuing education in Asia, because these people know what they are doing. I can’t say enough about this place. I have only had 3 private pedicures in the last 15 months because of the pandemic. They cost a fortune and were subpar. I love this place because half of my pedicure was actually just leg massage, salt scrub, hot stone massage, and more massaging.
