The wait time at this establishment early Saturday and Sunday afternoons is always so long. I’ve been here three times and each time I’ve had to wait AT LEAST an hour. However, depending on the nail tech, the artistry is pretty good. My nails were a bit uneven in length but overall, it was a job well done on this acrylic set. I advise anyone wanting to visit to go as early in the morning as possible to help reduce the wait time.

| The experience was not pleasant and service was not good. The individuals who did our nails appeared to be arguing back in forth while providing service. Maybe they do well with artificial nail services but not natural nails. Paint job was horrific and massage was weak. Waste of money. Pay the extra and go elsewhere if looking to have natural nails done. |

Just left after first visit. I had tips with coffin shape and gel polish applied. They are very nice and the place is very big. They seem to be hygienic with tools and such but I haven’t had a pedicure yet, which is a better way of judging.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an acrylic full set at this location & my nail tech was horrible. I was cut several times by the drill without any regard. No apology was even offered. I left with several cuts on my cuticles that I did not arrive with. I also contracted a terrible infection a few days later. (I have pictures & I’ll include them if I can figure out how). The pain is excruciating & I’m currently on antibiotics fighting the infection now. When I confronted them….they were uninterested & unapologetic. I asked for a refund & they told me to sue them. I got an acrylic full set at this location & my nail tech was horrible. I was cut several times by the drill without any regard. No apology was even offered. I left with several cuts on my cuticles that I did not arrive with. I also contracted a terrible infection a few days later. (I have pictures & I’ll include them if I can figure out how). A little sloppy And some of them are thicker than other nails the length is good and the alterations that were made to what I wanted actually turned out to be really really cute theyre just thick and a little messy underneath. I also feel knots and some of them. One of my nails got messed up while getting filed from the nail tech not paying attention and she tried to skip over it but when I pointed it out she fixed it a little, but not so much it id one of the nails that looks sloppy and lastly I got cut on one of my knuckles from the nail tech moving so fast and when I got my pedicure it was rushed as well. I tried uploading a picture to show proof but I can’t find where to do it. I paid $95 but I feel like the service was 60 honestly

WORST experience ever DO NOT go there! They made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after they said it would take a ten minute wait! At the end they ended up telling me they closed and aren’t gonna do my nails! DISGUSTING costumer service, if you go be expecting to wait an hour just to try to remove your acrylics. Absolutely no respect for peoples time!

I only go to Peter. Excellent Nail Tech as well as the young lady that sits next to him. They stay busy and have a large clientele. You must make an appointment with either one of them.
