I used to love this salon because of the friendly atmosphere. Today I was told they would not honor my rewards card due to new ownership even though the other Star Nails stamped my card last time, supposedly after new ownership. I feel this is VERY unprofessional and poor customer service! Star Nails 2 has lost a LOYAL consumer. In fact I was told to go to the other Star Nails to use my card. what sense does that make? The manager would rather lose the service then give a $5 discount!

I saw all reviews are 5⭐, I was excited to give them a try. I was quite disappointed. The girl did not make a clean-cut on my cuticles so this is happened after 3 days (attached photos). These usually last about at least a week. I give them 2 ⭐ because they was friendly and clean establishment.

Excellent experience. We called around to several other shops before finding this place looking for a salon that could do 3 pedicures. After several turndowns, I was happy to hear a polite voice over the phone tell me that they could take care of us.
