Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueFirst and last time visiting this business. I gave 1 star because, other than the water being a bit cool, my pedicure was enjoyable and relaxing though the pedicure station was dirty. My manicure, not so much. The fan blowing on my hands during painting was cold as was the nail drying station. I’m not sure if the polish was old or if it was put on too thick but my nails were destroyed by the time I got home. 4 hours later, the polish is gummy and will have to come off.Services: Manicure, PedicureFirst and last time visiting this business. First and last time visiting this business. I gave 1 star because, other than the water being a bit cool, my pedicure was enjoyable and relaxing though the pedicure station was dirty. My manicure, not so much. The fan blowing on my hands during painting was cold as was the nail drying station. I’m not sure if the polish was old or if it was put on too thick but my nails were destroyed by the time I got home. 4 hours later, the polish is gummy and will have to come off.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery disappointed in the service I received. I got a gel manicure a few days ago and after two days it was chipping and peeling at the corners, by day four four nails peeled off. I had had many gel manicure and always last several weeks and almost impossible to get off. Now every single nail is completely off. I spoke with the owner loan and she said no problem to come in on Saturday to have them fixed and that it was no problem. I left work early and she assured me she would take me at 4 oclock. She didn’t. Her husband took me over and she told him only to fix the two nails I originally sent pictures of. Which was from day 2. I explained how it has peeled off and all corners are chipped and how it can’t be gel polish or wasn’t done correctly. She was angrily grabbing my hand in front of her client and getting rude with me and told me it’s my problem not hers. I told her I will take my money back and go someone else she screamed NO! I will never return to this establishment after being so embarrassed and talked to the way I did. And will be sure to tell all my friends, relatives and clients never to give them business. Very disappointed in the service I received. I got a gel manicure a few days ago and after two days it was chipping and peeling at the corners, by day four four nails peeled off. I had had many gel manicure and always last several weeks and almost impossible to get off. Now every single nail is completely off. I spoke with the owner loan and she said no problem to come in on Saturday to have them fixed and that it was no problem. I left work early and she assured me she would take me at 4 oclock.
