Critical: ProfessionalismIf you want poor customer service this is the best place to go to, you could have a 2 o’clock appointment and won’t be attended to until 3. My sister went there on a walk in just to get her eyebrows done and she waited over an hour. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityLet’s talk about customer services. Visited here with my mother as a birthday present for her. She arrived at 1:30pm for a 2pm appointment. She was directed to her manicure around 2:10pm after they finished the manicure they placed her in water for the pedicure and left her there for nearly a half hour. They took in two 3pm appointments, while she waited in the water for service. When she raised and issue, she was met with defensive behavior and down right rude from one of the appointments. It ended up to where she didn’t finish until about 4:20 due to this issue. The real question I am asking myself is how do you prep one client for a pedicure and then take another to complete. Absolutely horrible customer service from this facility for a simple mani, pedi as a birthday present. After the blatant disregard of proper customer etiquette. I myself, friends and to no ones surprise my mother will not be returning. Take in to account this is a place that my mother routinely visited monthly for five years. She was directed to her manicure around 2:10pm after they finished the manicure they placed her in water for the pedicure and left her there for nearly a half hour.
