Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a manicure and pedicure, let me just say I was amazed, the pedicure was normal and relaxing as always but when it came time for the manicure I voiced a few concerns I have with my natural nails( they are very fragile and tend to peel) the nail tech gave me options to make the manicure last since I work with my hands. She took her time with me and even showed me the acrylic powder options they had and set me up with a set of tips. She was so detail oriented that the set she finished on me look as natural as if I clear coated my own nails I was so happy with the look and feel she got the length just right. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, let me just say I was amazed, the pedicure was normal and relaxing as always but when it came time for the manicure I voiced a few concerns I have with my natural nails( they are very fragile and tend to peel) the nail tech gave me options to make the manicure last since I work with my hands. Its was okay. A little dark and very quiet. No one answers the phone. It sounded like they were arguing about who was going to take the next customer. It took 45 mins for a gel polish change. And the paint job is messy

Kevin is the only nail tech and i must say I wasted my money and was given very poor services. Kevin is the only nail tech and i must say I wasted my money and was given very poor services. CyCy did my nails GREAT, the chairs were really old and the arms were held in by a hair tie, it was crazy there with kids running around and yelling. The place wasn’t great but the person who did my nails was.

The manicure and pedicure they did was just fine. But when you walk in the place smells musty and like mildew. And parts of the ceiling are hanging down.When I went to go get my pedicure there was mold around the edges of the basin. The owner of the shop sat in a chair with his laptop took his shoes off and put his dirty feet up on another chair facing me I thought that was really tacky and gross. I will not be returning.

Tom gave me a fill & this was by far the best experience I have had getting my nails done! He made sure i liked the length, cleaned underneath, and I reccomend him 10/10! I will be going there exclusively bc no other place compares!

So the man cuts my finger so bad it’s bleeding all over does NOT apologize wipes the blood up with the brush ew. It stained the acrylic to the point he told me I couldn’t get French tip like I wanted I needed a dark solid color. Sent me to another girl to paint them that’s when another girl comes in he starts doing her nails with the same brush. He did not clean it so I spoke up I also said I didn’t wanna pay after the bad service he kept saying no 45 dollars finally we agreed on 30. I still am gonna call the health department.

Very dirty. Pretty sure the heat was turned off even though it’s winter. The girl doing my nails had a space heater running next to the counter so when she was doing my nails, dust was flying all over me. She was extremely rough with my hands, yanking them towards her. I could clearly see dirty tools laying about. I came for a fill,, My nails are uneven and poorly shaped. Would not recommend.

The person who did my nails did a great job. HOWEVER, it was very dirty and I saw tools being used without being cleaned first. I was surprised at how unsanitary it was. I went there a few times before Covid and it was fine. Also, no posted price board. I think it is under new management. Acrylic nails
