Super happy with my acrylic nails from here! My nail tech used more attention to detail than any other nail tech i’ve had before at other salons, the shape is exactly what I asked for, and everyone was super friendly. I’m assuming it was the owner who did the polish on my nails and threw on a design for free! Prices are very reasonable and comparable to other salons in the area. Definitely making this my new spot.

Positive: Punctuality, QualityOwner is super nice and friendly. Great location next to Starbucks, Noodles, Metro Market. Prices are reasonable. Can only tip with cash though. I understand but some people don’t know that so come to pay with card and then cannot tip. Id suggest to have both options.They offer Gel x nails which is hard to find in this area. This is a great way to not have the commitment of acrylics. To me this shows this salon is up to date with trends and techniques so a plus!Mainly though, Charlie, is the best nail tech Ive ever found. Ive searched high and low in Madison and even in DC and Milwaukee. His attention to detail is unlike any other. Literally IG nails. He does the nice apex curve for acrylics and his almond shape nails are perfection. Not too thick and not flat like most salons do. This is something legit techs do! Ive gotten acrylic and gel manicure here. Gel manicure is also very percise and stays on actually. This isn’t too thick either. You will not regret booking with him. I went here to get a pedicure and it was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I got the gel and two days later two of my toenails paint had completely peeled off. The toenails were also shaped very unevenly and painted poorly. I also had picked two colors that were both out of stock. Very expensive for the quality. The staff was very friendly, but I would not recommend their services.

3 star cause workers are great and they do a good pedicure but nails are different. They did a great job initially, I loved the dip overlay on my natural nail, but I went in Sunday and got nails done the next day one broke and they fixed it free of charge. Next morning I scratched my arm and the overlay now has a large chip in it. I don’t have time to come in again which would be now 3 days in a row of coming back. I’m disappointed cause I paid 45$ and basically have to go get them done all over again so it don’t keep happening. Previously I’ve gotten my nails done with dip down the road and have never had one break or chip. They lasted 3-4 weeks with no chips or breaks, just major outgrowth.
