Critical: ProfessionalismThe man who I believe is the owner. Is rude, I’ve gone multiple times and his attitude does not change. He rushed my pedicure when the place was not busy. Left my red streaks on my toe from the polish. I asked for a manicure, he started to put hands in a bowl I said I wanted acrylic. He got mad and rudely grabbed the bowl and towel. He followed to yell “ YOU SIT OVER THERE”. He started to put the nails on me and did not finish. He realized I was not happy and had his wife finish. His wife did do a good job. The man who I believe is the owner. Is rude, I’ve gone multiple times and his attitude does not change. He rushed my pedicure when the place was not busy. Left my red streaks on my toe from the polish. I asked for a manicure, he started to put hands in a bowl I said I wanted acrylic. He got mad and rudely grabbed the bowl and towel. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was a waste of money and time. The guy that did my pedicure went out for a cigarette 3 times during my pedicure. I watched multiple people come and go and nothing was cleaned. They drained the water, pulled the plastic bag and sprayed the basin with water. Their attitudes are all rude. Pricing is a secret ( no ‘menu’ -just word of mouth if you can get them to answer or understand them when they do” , Then when you payi t’s a huge SURPRISE! The quality of everything including their work was horrible. They ‘rubbed’ your legs and it wasn’t at all relaxing. , no massage. He literally acted like he was filing and smoothing but nothing was smooth, pretty or touched except the big toe and it has ridges clearly visible.
