Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to call to see if they did designs but the man that answered was very rude. As soon as he answered I told him I was looking to get my nails done this weekend but I had a question. His response was “Ok hurry up”. I have been in customer service my entire life and I would never say something like that to a customer as it’s very disrespectful. I love going here! They are VERY gentle here. I love the staff. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you have any questions they are quick to answer. The shop is clean and the autoclave is visible. I would definitely call for an appointment now with the virus limiting how many they can have at once in the shop.
