Do not go here. Tore up my toes and had cuts for days. The guy did my nail fill. One repair. 2 days later 3 nails broke completely off. Worst 100.00 i have ever spent. Had cuts deep on my fingers and the one he repaired had a fungus under it. First time ever in my 25 years of nails. So sad to write this review but do not recommend this place

Less than 12 hours and the gel polish is peeling. Noticed when i got home and in better lighting, my own natural nails that were “sanded” with a drill bit now have noticeable ridges even with gel polish. Not to mention the 3 hours it took for a pedi and mani. As of this time, this rating will stay. Will update tomorrow when I return and see if the problem is satisfactorily resolved.

This was my second visit to Star Nails and I’ve been dissatisfied with both. First visit, my daughters full set popped off after a week. My gel polish yellowed after a week. Second visit, I was charged a ridiculous amount for 2 pedicures when we were not told a price difference for a different polish. I was also told that a DNC polish number did not exist even after I use it at another salon. Do not recommend and will not use this establishment again.

So not happy. Not what I wanted. I asked for French tip/pink & white dip. I got an “ombre” acrylic. The charge was crazy. I said it wasn’t what I asked for. They said “sorry, he doesn’t understand English very well”. So I basically paid WAY more because of a language barrier? No thanks! The other 4 in the group I came in with, had different problems. However, theirs is not mine to share. I’m sure tons of people go and have great experiences. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for me. Very disappointed.

Jennifer saved my nails after another salon did a very bad acrylics job. She made them look so flattering to my hands and even added her own design touch, and they look incredible. She has such an eye for nails. This shop is super cute,clean, and has a great layout. I will continue to go here, and all of the other employees seemed very experienced and friendly as well! Highly recommend!
