Critical: QualityThis place was horrible I called and made an appointment and when I arrived the lady who was doing my nails was terrible she did not know how to do nails the owner had to teach her they both rushed through my nails and it showed my nails was super bulky and uneven the polish had looked like it been on for 2 weeks already I will never come here again 1/10 I do not ever recommend! This place was horrible I called and made an appointment and when I arrived the lady who was doing my nails was terrible she did not know how to do nails the owner had to teach her they both rushed through my nails and it showed my nails was super bulky and uneven the polish had looked like it been on for 2 weeks already I will never come here again 1/10 I do not ever recommend! This place is awful! I understand now, why when I go in there is never anyone there. The techs are usually lounging, watching tv, or playing on phones, but never busy. My toe polish never dried…more than one color/visit. I’m thinking it’s old. Many of their polish selections are brands available at drug stores for 1.99. Also, when I went in to have my acrylic tips removed, the tech actually took a new tip from a box and slid it underneath the ones attached to me…then proceeded to rip them off!! I asked her to stop and soak them off, but she pretended not to understand. It hurt and 3 months later, I’m still trying to grow my natural nails out from the damage.

Ok at first (first time for s&s nails) I thought it was a good job. Nope nails done on July 28th cost 28$just for the s,&s nails, within the first week I could tell and feel the edges. Today is the 9th less than two weeks and one nail has popprd off and the rest are pulling away from the nail. I do not do manual labor no reason for my nails to look bad in less than two weeks. I feel like I have been scammed by the establishment. I should have assumed bad salon when I was the only customer on a Sunday afternoon.

I’ve been going here for 13 years. The owner is by far my favorite person to do my nails and have a conversation with during getting my nails done. She is wonderful! I live 30 minutes away from them but still when I get to have the treat of getting my nails done, I go to them. 🙂

I’ve been a regular customer for months now at this salon for both nails and tanning! Yesterday I went in to just tan I also brought in a friend of mine to have her try out the place because I did love it until yesterday’s experience. So anyways I finished tanning and went to pay I had a visa gift card that I was going to use up and then pay the rest with cash well it had $6.28 and for some dumb reason the lady voided the transaction and I couldn’t use it because she said it going to take a few days to get back on the card (I don’t know if they do that for gift cards) I kept having her run the card but it wouldn’t work so I ended up having to pay the $7 in cash and now I’m pretty sure that money on the gift card is gone because they voided it. They should have just either let me pay $1 I owed or let me get that session for free since this was there MESS UP!!! That was horrible customer service especially since I’m a regular they were more worried about getting that $7 then keeping me as a returning customer!!!!!

Súper nice people and quick service. My SNS nails help up perfectly for 3 weeks. I damaged one (my fault) and came back to get it fixed the next day and she didn’t charge me. I loved this unexpected freebie. I highly recommend.

When I walked in no one acted like they wanted to help me. Then the woman that did my names had an attitude like I was interrupting her lounge time. Now a week later all my nails are popping off. Don’t waste your time or money like me.
