I would give this place a zero. My sister has been going for a while but usually has a different nail tech. The owner did them and she didn’t like her nails. He told her it would be extra to fix them. When she said she didn’t like them he cut them off with nail clippers. Didn’t even file them. The were ragged and sharp. He literally just cut them to make them look worse and then give her her money back. He was so rude and yelling from the other side of the salon. At one point he told me to sit down and mind my own business.

I’ve been here twice. The first time I was very pleased with the service but not the second time. I had a man-pedi, the technician was male and seemed to be just going through motions. Did a terrible job on my manicure, pedicure was alright. Will probably try a new salon next month.

My best friend and I had our nails done. I paid for hers for her birthday and she paid the tip because she had cash. Star nails took it upon themselves to add a tip to my credit card even though I drew a line through the tip portion of the receipt. I will never go back there again!! Crooks and totally dishonest!!!

Went in and they did a great job! I showed them a pic of what I wanted and got what I asked for. They also are the only place that has ever trimmed my cuticles. Everywhere else they just did the nails and never mind that my cuticles were terrible. I absolutely love my manicure!

Average job on nails. Removal of the gel nails wasn’t done properly, left some polish. Charged me for the removal even though I didn’t do paint with manicure. (Didn’t tell me beforehand). The owner was very rude and started yelling at me for questioning the gel removal charge. Never coming back. It was empty the whole time and the employees were resting on massaging chairs, just awkward all together.
