Its the only nail shop I can go too and never break out from a foot fungus or rash. Staff was friendly too me. Wait times very on certain days. Today was a good day I only waited 20 mins. I think they need renovations to livin up the place. Be prepared to see and hear ALOT of ghetto conversations from customers and persons standing in the front of store or passing by. Plenty parking in the lot.

I swear the staff talks about my bad foot. It’s quiet when I sit in the chair but all of a sudden the tech see my foot(not feet) now they have all the talking and laughing to do. For the most part it’s not as packed as it used to be way before Covid 19. The appearance and some of the more social staff appear to be gone. They need to wipe stuff down and clean up in there. Bring the place back to life and hopefully not be talking about customers.

They made my feet feel absolutely amazing it’s 3 techs and they all know what they are doing they break it down one does your eyebrow and eyelashes , the other one does your Nails & the other does your feet the best part about it is they are not rough or quick to rush and they listen to YOUR wants as a customer !!!! I am making an appointment next week. My sister went there today and her nails look GREAT! She said Tim did her nails and he did a really good job. My sister is very hard to please when it comes to her feet and nails,she usually spends $100 or more. She loves long nails with handpainted designs on each nail. Let me tell you he put her regular nail girl to shame! I will definitely be requesting him when I go.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and now the customer service is deteriorating. I came in to get a pedicure and manicure. I got my pedicure done first, I was told by the woman that the manicure design that I wanted would and could be done by one of the male technicians. I waited 30 minutes to get my manicure and when I showed the guy my design, he just told me off and said he couldnt do a simple design, which was like a white triangle shaped tip. I went back to the woman and told her she stated That someone knew how to do the design and why she would say that and her response was “I dont know” someone corrected her on that earlier as well. Like dont state you dont know something in a dismissive manner when someone is paying for your service.
