Star Nail

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot happy! My sister and I went to get our nails done at this place and were both treated with a lack of care. I was rotated between 3 employees, and they seemed to be agitated when I politely addressed my concerns with my nails. The first woman charged me a fee for “acrylic removal”. While she did remove my nails it was not done properly. The woman was bending my fingers back too far and proceeded to peel my nails off without soaking them, (painfully) ripping layers of my natural nail. I politely let her know that my nails were feeling sore and asked her to soak them. She smiled and continued to peel them. She then began another service half way through applying my tips and sent me to a male employee. He seemed to be in a rush and he was not being detailed. When I asked him to add acrylic to a nail with a dent he tried to avoid it at first. I asked for clear polish when I was sent to the last woman and she kept asking me to look through the colors. She seemed irritated that I did not want any and she rushed on my clear polish. My sister had better luck but her lady mixed up the design she wanted and brushed it off when she was asked to fix it. She said “its not messed up its just the lighting” and “they still look good you can just wear them like that”.My sister was tired of the back and forth and decided to let them slide. They were not professional in my opinion and while they may have been tired as we had an evening appointment, that is not an excuse for the lack of patience that we were given. We were both overcharged but we payed and left gracefully and our nails do not look very bad but I am definitely not satisfied with how we were treated and will not be using their services again.Service: Acrylic nailsNot happy! Not happy! My sister and I went to get our nails done at this place and were both treated with a lack of care. I was rotated between 3 employees, and they seemed to be agitated when I politely addressed my concerns with my nails. The first woman charged me a fee for “acrylic removal”. Positive: Professionalism, ValueThe ppl here are very nice i had my eye brows done by the lady with the black hair and glasses she did SUCH A GOOD JOB. I went here for a gel pedicure and their prices are always better than competitors and they do outstanding work. I had a chipped big toe nail and they repaired it to match my other big toe nail lol no complaints . I went here for a gel pedicure and their prices are always better than competitors and they do outstanding work. I had a chipped big toe nail and they repaired it to match my other big toe nail lol no complaints . I never have to wait coming for a pedicure .
