For the price they charge their work is not worth it! I flew in for my birthday trip thinking because ‘stars’ go here, it would be top quality….that’s a lie. The overall experience was unsatisfying-Lash tech Krsitllel had us walk all the way around the buildings rather than letting us enter and leave through an accesible back door, she was late even though they send you a reminder not to be late. Before starting the service, she was well on her phone while I was already laying down on the table & she turned on the light to my eyes without notice-I felt very uncomfortable. I thought of declining the service in that moment but decided to give it a chance, which the reaction of my eye tells me I should’ve listened to my gut-instinct. My eyes were in pain and I had to use clear eyes for the rest of my trip. This place is too hyped up, please don’t believe everything you see. I even reached out and their customer service is horrible; I say this lightly as I have a background in operations, customer relations and in the legal industry. Save your money and spend the extra dollars at a more qualified lash place.

Loved how my lashes turned out. I have no complaints, the technician was very professional and took her time making sure the set looked amazing. Star Lash really is a 5 star business and deserves it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on. They treated me like a VIP. The salon was nice and pleasant to be in, very chill vibe with friendly employees. Located right by the freeway was super easy to find as well, parking was easy too!

Called and made an appointment for a very busy week of mine. They were able to accommodate my schedule which was fantastic I decided to write a review because I was astonished at how quick the lash tech was at doing my lashes and how perfect they came out. Star Lash Beauty Bar is the best eyelash service in Los Angeles hands down. Did I mention the prices are worth it! It’s been almost two weeks and it’s barely time for a filler!

VERY UNSATISFIED! For the price they charge their work is not worth it! The overall experience was unsatisfying as well. The lash tech was late even though they send you a message reminding not to be late. I paid $180 for a classic full set; yes it is supposed to be the most natural looking type of lash set, but it looks like they have been falling out for a week now. It definitely does not look like she did a full set. I booked an appointment at this place expecting top quality because of the price I was paying and “stars” go here, but it is just hyped up and unfortunately it’s not anything I expected. I have received much better lashes and service before from other places at better prices. I definitely will not be going back!
