Poor customer service. Seems like they don’t even want to service female customers. It took a long time to been seated, but they were quick to rush through my hair cutt to seat the gentlemen after me! They take zero pride in their work. It looks like I let my kid neice cutt my hair!

Well if you have the time to invest waiting on your hair cut you will be happy here. But I think if it takes 50 minutes to be waited on and another 30 to get your hair cut this is way to long. I always try to aupport all the local businesses were I live but with this carelessness and not even an acknowledgement as to the time it takes, I cant think of any good reason to continue coming here.

Although I had scheduled an appointment, several people were taken ahead of me. They did a poor job on my nails and then I waited again to get my eyebrows waxed! VEEY poor customer service. Will never go back.
