I needed my hair trimmed. It is very long. She didn’t wash or even wet my hair she just started parting and cutting. She never even touched my bangs. I came home and got the scissors and tried to fix it. I won’t go back and I will not refer anyone else to go there.

Not sure of actual hair service. Called Thursday and asked, “How is your schedule looking for the day, ya all filled up?”. She said What. I repeated myself. She said, “Are you asking if I’m booked up?”. I giggled a little cause she acted like the 2 questions were completely different and I replied “Yes.”. That’s when she hung up on me.

I came in the my grandma to get her a wax. The layout is confusing and very unwelcoming; speaking of that I was greeted with a “what do you want” as if I was interrupting her and her current client’s conversation. Wouldn’t recommend.
