Been to this and the eastern location many times. I live closest to this location but everytime i come here now its always the same older lady working. Nice and friendly definitely, but her technique is slower than others and its much much more painful than others in both location. Most everyone else has quick quick pulling of the threads making it a quick rip, where with this particular person its slow and methodical and it feels as if i can feel each and every hair being yanked off my eyebrows. Everytime i pull up and see only this person here, i turn around and leave to try another day, or if time permits go to the eastern location.

I love this eyebrow thread shop . Since they were located on sunset I have a been a client of there’s. Every artist is great at what they do bt my go to gal is Martha . She is just so good at what she does; so precist . & I walk out in ahhhhhh every time . I would highly recommend if in the area and or looking for a new go to thread shop .

Critical: ProfessionalismWhoever the woman was who was working on 9/20 at 11 am was extremely rude. I came here because of the great reviews and was hopeful that they would be professional and do a great job. The woman snapped at me just because I asked her if she wanted me to remove my glasses yet because she wasn’t communicating if she was ready or not. She left so much random hair behind yet pulled out a big chunk of my actual eyebrow then said “oh I didn’t do that you pluck too much that’s why it’s like that” then she gave me attitude because I asked for my receipt. Whoever the woman was who was working on 9/20 at 11 am was extremely rude. I came here because of the great reviews and was hopeful that they would be professional and do a great job. The woman snapped at me just because I asked her if she wanted me to remove my glasses yet because she wasn’t communicating if she was ready or not. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBee took excellent care of me. I was nervous after having the same esthetician waxing my eyebrows for years, and she made sure I was comfortable. She was so nice and most importantly I LOVE my brows. They look reallllllly good- dare I say Better than before….??? They have a 5 for $35 special so I happily obliged! I’ll be back needless to say. Oh and Bee gave me a gorgeous complimentary henna tattoo! LOVEBee took excellent care of me. Bee took excellent care of me. I was nervous after having the same esthetician waxing my eyebrows for years, and she made sure I was comfortable. She was so nice and most importantly I LOVE my brows. Was getting eyebrows threaded, lady showed me w/ a mirror. Loudly let out a rude sigh after I asked her (once) if she can get a couple more hairs on the side. As if I just asked her to sacrifice her first born child or something. It was a 6 minute procedure and she clearly showed her annoyance when I asked to pluck (seriously) 2-3 more strands of hair. Never getting my business again. Then boldly asked “you like service?” at the end. No, no I didn’t.

Although she did the job asked, it really irked me that Mrs. Patel did not clean her tools between clients. She did not clean/disinfect my brow, lips, and chin area before starting. She didn’t brush off any of the hair on my face, just gave me a tissue to do it myself when done. Compared to other salons, I felt the service was not very good.

Very nice place and quick service. Walked in and one lady was in the chair, after we signed in she got busy. Total prob 1/2 waiting and being serviced. The technician was very thorough and she sanitized in between clients. She was quick and treated the eyebrows before and after. Before I got up from the chair, I was given a mirror to inspect. Definitely will return,

An Indian lady told me they don’t do waxing… she did threading on me… she rushed and damaged my skin on the chin… after she complete my work, called the next customer “neeext” there was only one customer after me.. no other customers before me either… Does she think she is in India or someplace that call numbers or whatever?
