(Two bald spots) Two whole braids in the front fall out and took my edges along for the ride my hair was healthy going in. I had two big bald spots from them braiding my hair so tight around the edges . I kept saying my hair is line is burning – the braider sprayed something on it . For two weeks I couldn’t sleep. I called and the owner after I took the braids out and saw more damage he said he couldn’t help me because I kept the braids in for five weeks hmmm I had bald spots and you don’t apologize for the braiders mistake of putting too much stress on my hair oooh yes the braids were cute very cute and they braided my hair fast but they did damaged to my natural hair and didnt apologize when I called to let them know what happened… nor asked that I come in so they can see the damage

I loved my hair style, the price was okay. It took longer than I thought but that was fine. The girl who did my hair was very nice and even though English was not her first language, she still conversed with me. The place was clean but, not everyone was nice. Braids can be expensive and time consuming, prepare for that. Bring drinks and snacks.

I had two different ladies do my hair. One of the ladies was very fast and neat while doing my hair. When they start getting busier the other lad y had to finish my hair. She was very rough with my hair. She did not gel them so when my real hair was sticking out she cut it. They also tend to be over priced. I will not be returning.
