This place is family owned and what makes it nice is they have a vacuum installed so it sucks up most of the hair. Clean inside also they are quick if you are in a hurry. They get my hair right every time. Scissor cut

The experience is great. I go in and am greeted as I walk in. The atmosphere is stress free. The barbershop is very clean. The wait time is less than 10 minutes . When I visited last. I enjoy the experience the barber has for military haircuts. I just give simple instructions and he makes it happen. I recently came back and still received an awsome haircut.

I have gotten my hair cut at Star since they first opened several years ago. The lady used to work at the Randolph AFB BX barber shop; and always had a waiting list of patrons, because she did such a great job. When she and her husband opened their own shop, many from Randolph followed her. She has consistently given me great haircuts over the past years.

I’ve been going for years. I think they are nice folks when you get to know them. They are not super talkative but they get to business. They are Asian and there is a communication gap, I’m sure. I’m giving them 4 stars because the guy takes a little longer to cut your hair, but he’s detail oriented.

I’m always greeted with a friendly hello and a goodbye when I leave. Also on many occasions we shake hands. It may be because of their asian heritage as they remind me of the courtesy I received while serving in Japan years ago. They were so polite and courteous, something that’s missing in America so often today. The man cuts my hair perfectly every time. All I say is give me a good trim and the magic happens. The woman is ok but make sure to tell her exactly what you want. His tip is well earned and the price is right.

Rude as hell! My son was not sure of the kind of fade he wanted, and instead of explaining the diffrent fades they told him to get out and come back when he knew what kind of haircut he wanted. I’d give them 0 stars if I could for being rude and nasty, not sure how they have any customers to begin with.
