I originally started going to Star Avenue in 2004 and immediately felt the benefits of her neuromuscular knowledge. Kids took priority and I had to stop going, until earlier this year when I developed shoulder issues and after several useless sessions of PT, I called Debbie, went in to see her and in one session, my shoulder loosened up!!! She tailors her work to your specific needs. At this point I stick mostly with deep tissue every session, but her lighter massages — if you’re looking to relax some days — is also incredible.

I feel so much better after seeing her no matter which kind of day it is. Her massage room is lovely and so calm and soothing. I was referred to Debbie from a friend. Debbie is not only wonderful but has expert knowledge of the musculature of the body. Her years of experience give her an excellent sense of what treatment is needed to help with each clients wellness. Her house is very clean, she has easy to follow protocol only allowing only one person in her house at a time in accordance with Covid guidelines.
