Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFound this little gem while on vacation in Berkeley Springs. I had hurt my back and shoulder and Linda got me feeling like a new man. She uses perfect pressure and knew where all the knots and kinks were. Don’t let the building fool you, this is a legit, professional massage. Was well worth the 45 minute drive. I will definitely return if I’m ever in Winchester again. Oh yeah, I even showed up an hour before she opened and she told me to come right in. Found this little gem while on vacation in Berkeley Springs. I had hurt my back and shoulder and Linda got me feeling like a new man. She uses perfect pressure and knew where all the knots and kinks were. Don’t let the building fool you, this is a legit, professional massage. Was well worth the 45 minute drive. I will definitely return if I’m ever in Winchester again. Oh yeah, I even showed up an hour before she opened and she told me to come right in. Critical: ProfessionalismEmployee stated the did Swedish massage, and they defiantly do not. Although the employee was “nice” at first I couldn’t tell if she was massaging me or rubbing me with oil like a turkey on thanksgiving. She asked me to pay up front, which was odd but I was fine with, then she wanted me to pay her tip up front as well, I declined, she said “oh okay you can tip after”. When the rub down was over I tipped her and said handed me back my receipt and said can you tip more? If I wasn’t so shocked, I would of just written zero and walked away.
