Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in with my 3 boys. No appointment but I don’t mind the waiting. Smallest son has long hair the lady said she can do his cut. I brought him over and he sat with her for about 3 min she brought him back and said she couldn’t do it. For what ever reason she sat there on her phone after wards.Another guy was told to cut my hair and he clearly didn’t want to do it.he walked around. Oldest son 8 years old was done no shape up and the barber chopped his sideburns. I told him if he can do the shape up and he said those are baby hairs. My middle sons hairline was crooked. I went in with my 3 boys. No appointment but I don’t mind the waiting. Smallest son has long hair the lady said she can do his cut. I brought him over and he sat with her for about 3 min she brought him back and said she couldn’t do it. Easily one of the best barbershop experiences I had in my life and he easily recommended to anyone in the area. Don’t want a cut from anyone else now!

I texted him 15 mins before my scheduled time to confirm it he confirmed it and when I got there he texted me saying he will be a little late.m, 10 mins later he called me saying that he can’t do today and told me to come back the next day at 1:30. I texted him 3 hours in advance the next day (Thursday) because I didn’t want my time to be wasted again and he confirmed the appointment with me then I texted him again 30 mins before the appointment and he texted back confirming it. I showed up to the barbershop at 1:30 exactly on time and he told me to wait outside for 10 mins because he was finishing up someone else’s haircut and was almost done. I was waiting outside for 1 hour and 10mins and when I went inside I told him that I’m busy and he shouldn’t have confirmed the appointment with me if he wasn’t available. He didn’t apologize for his fault and instead told me to get my haircut from some other place. This is not how you treat your customer.
