I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life, but Rhiannon by far, provided the best and most healing experience I’ve ever had. I swear her hands are made of magic. It’s like she knew exactly where my pain was originating from and exactly how to release it. She’s also professional, thoughtful, and has great energy. I received the best massage I’ve ever had by Rhiannon today. From initial scheduling to conclusion, it was a great experience. I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life, but Rhiannon by far, provided the best and most healing experience I’ve ever had. I swear her hands are made of magic. It’s like she knew exactly where my pain was originating from and exactly how to release it. She’s also professional, thoughtful, and has great energy. I have had two visits here, both with Rhiannon, and both times were on point. Rhiannon is super professional and gives a great massage. She always asks if you want her to focus on one area more than the rest, and on both of my occassions I have left with far less pain then when I showed up. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a professional massage!

This place is run by some of the most special people I know! Rick and Dianna truly have a special place in my heart. I was in a car accident a few years ago, got whiplash, and went to physical therapy where I spent a lot of money and I was in worse pain then when I started. They helped me get better and were always so accommodating to my schedule( FT college student, 2 jobs). I have never had a bad experience here! I will not go to anyone else.

I had an oddly stressful experience here. I made an appointment with a massage therapist named Kassey at 4:15 on a Friday afternoon. When I showed up at 4:15, Kassey was nowhere to be seen and the doors were locked. I even knocked and said “Hello???” a few times. I sat around outside for about 5 mins waiting. Then I called. No answer. 8 mins past my scheduled time, I walk downstairs to Undergroundz and get some coffee. By the time I get my coffee and head back upstairs, it’s about 15 mins past my appt time. I deliberate whether to go back to check the massage place again. Reluctantly, I decide to walk past one more time. Two ladies were sitting in there chatting, and one was Kassey. She greets me and whatnot. She doesn’t seem super apologetic about the situation. I make a show of checking the time on my phone and being like “Heyyy, I had an appointment at 4:15 but no one was here.” She said she’d been massaging someone…and that she thought she’d heard someone knocking but wasn’t sure. I was a bit baffled by this—if you know you have clients coming, how you gonna lock everything up and not at least have a sign on the door??? I proceed with the process and fill out the paperwork.
