I had called today to make an appointment with Stage 1. I just received a phone call telling them that I needed to make an appointment making a deposit because I’ve had three no-shows. There have been a couple of times I was not able to go and I called and left a voicemail on their answering machine telling them I could not come to the appointment. They do not check your messages and now I’m being penalized because of it. I would never go back based on this policy which I told her was ridiculous.

The stylist here are amazing and help each other out when they need it. They almost always can fit you into the schedule, but if they can’t they are more than happy to make you an appointment.

The absolute worst hair experience I have ever had! This used to be a good salon and that isn’t the case anymore. I went in for a spiral perm and had no idea I was wasting my time ( 6 hrs ) and money (over a $100). The spiral is not a spiral and now I can’t do anything with the mess they caused. I will not mention the employee’s name because I don’t think she understood how a spiral perm works. Besides telling everyone I know to avoid them and go to designing lines as I will have to and hope they can straightened out this mop of burnt fuzz on my head. I am going to give the manager of Stage One a chance to explain how this happened. Take my advice STAY AWAY! Use your money at a real salon.
