Jenny listens to where the pain is and uses her training to make the pain go away. Jenny is a great communicator and a light-hearted personality that makes the session enjoyable. I was impressed how she sanitizes door knobs and every place that had been touched. A plus is Stafford Wellness has a sauna. This is the first time I have seen one in a related business. I get to the appointment at 1 o’clock and Jenny opens the door to tell me that she double booked herself and has already taken the other customer at 1:00 p.m.. Not once did I get a phone call or a text message to say that I needed to reschedule.Complete disregard for my time and made no offer to take me at a later time pretty much told me to go away.
