I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The entire staff are so helpful and professional. Luis and Catrina are quick to help me with my account and insurance paperwork. The place is clean and serene. Rachel is the best Massage Therapist I have ever had! I love the infrared Sauna. I always look forward to my weekly sessions. They went the extra mile to provide a positive experience! It was our anniversary and I had a couples massage scheduled. Unfortunately, one of the therapists quit, giving no notice, and they were going to have to cancel one of our sessions. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and covered the shift, turning what would have been a disappointing experience into a good one!

I made a last minute appointment for a 60 minute Swedish massage on Christmas Eve at 12:30. This was my 1st time getting a message so I was not sure what to expect but the experience was great. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here today. The type of job I have requires a lot of exertion of my muscles, bones, and joints. Janae, my massage therapist, did a phenomenal job on working out the tension – giving me a refreshing experience. I also tried the ion bath and oxygen bar which was very cleansing. I am thankful to the staff at this beautiful and tranquil place. Thank you to the owner – Stacy, and the other two front desk agents (Carleigh and Megan) for being so accommodating with my first experience at this location.

Excellent therapists, excellent environment, but very unreliable. When you go weeks waiting for a massage and get cancelled the same day of your massage because the same therapist keeps calling out… That’s a problem and very bad for business. This has happened 3 or 4 times in the course of several months. So, it’s time to move on to a more reliable provider. Good luck to you all (6/28/22)

I’ve been a member here for two years and I will be a member as long as I live in NOVA. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very good in comparison to other similar businesses. Some therapists are very difficult to schedule but that is a great Indication of how excellent they are. In addition to a wide range of massage therapy, the oxygen bar and dry saunas are excellent add-ons to any massage. Highly recommend!

This review is a long time coming. I absolutely love coming here. I’ve been coming for the last 5 years maybe more. I started out with Amanda who moved away and have been going to Megan. I want to keep her a secret but she’s the most popular so not really a secret. She always asks how I’m feeling and what part of my body do I want to work on. I try to go twice a month. Best decision especially for sore muscles after the gym, back issues, hip issues, and neck and shoulders. Everyone there is so kind and respectful. Their customer service is impecable. Katrina at the front desk is always on point and knows how to treat people and welcome them. I feel so at peace and relaxed the moment I walk through the door. Support this local businees. They have been consistent in their A+ customer service and make you feel so at home.

I NEEDED a relaxing massage after everything going on in the world right now. I scheduled at Stafford Massage on a whim and was scheduled with Michael. He. Was. Fantastic!! I carry all of my stress in my neck and shoulders. A few of his techniques were different than what I’m use to, but I was more relaxed leaving there than any previous massage parlor. I plan on scheduling another very soon! Mention at scheduling that you’re a new client and save some $!!
