The woman that was scheduled to cut my hair approached me to introduce herself…but stared at me and the book I was reading and seemed uncomfortable. I said “hello?” to her and then she seemed to be relieved and started laughing. She said and I quote, “oh my god…I thought you were reading the bible and would hate me.” Needless to say I was not reading the bible and I was very uncomfortable for the entire haircut. If you are curious I was reading a Jodi Picoult novel.

Very unprofessional and not worth the $$$ money. I use to walk out happy all the many times , after a precise cut or color, with my hair soft and smelling clean. Not anymore. And when you don’t like something and you mention it nicely they get attitude.

She gave me such a great cut back in March (before the shutdown) that it still looked good when I got it cut again the end of September.
