Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueStacy made and confirmed an appointment after visiting her shop on Saturday for my six-year-old daughter to get her hair done on Sunday. On the day of the appointment while in route I called to let her know I was on my way she then told me that she will not be able to do my daughters hair due to painting being perform at the shop. My daughter was up and ready and very disappointed. My mom and I even offered to take my daughter to her and she told my mom she did not have anything at her home to do her hair.
