My lil sis loves having short hair, they delivered on that, but failed at style. I’m sorry but in what world does an 19 yr old whant to look like a southern mother of three?! She’s a young adult, she what’s to look edgy and cool. She went in prepared, had pictures and everything. Pictures were clear and provided her with a perfect example of what she wanted. Said stylist took one look at them and made a face that made it look like she had no idea how to execute the hair cut. Second we left my sis was in tears, very disappointed. I just don’t see why there was no verbal communication between client and stylist.

Ladies beware for your hair care. I went in for a simple wash & style, & my girl was 100% clueless. I was told by the girl who made my appt that Erika had 1 year of experience. After i got there and it became evident of her inexperience, I asked her how long she had been doing hair & she said she “just started. ” I wish i only had to “pay” for a rookie but $55 later, my hair looked WORSE than if I did it myself. BAD EXPERIENCE!

Very professional, very nice people. You are made to feel like a King/queen. Our masseuse was great, did not make me feel uncomfortable at all and made sure we were comfortable. After the massage you are sent to a chill room to relax and they give you a complimentary drink and a bottle of water. Very nice highly recommend. John my masseuse was phenomenal ❤️

I booked a 90 min Swedish massage for my Husband’s birthday on 4/30. As he was changing, they called his name and someone else (yes, really) took his spa appointment and masseuse. When he came out, they had realized what had happened. He waited another 40 minutes or so, but they were so nice and completely rectified the situation, his session was given at no charge. Their customer service went above and beyond.
