I ended up here completely on accident. A group of friends and I were driving through Tennessee when we decided to visit Gatlinburg, TN. As we were walking through the plaza (which is so cute), we saw the Spa.. we walked in and were immediately attended by the sweetest lady in the front Paige. She helped us all get massages and even included a discount which we appreciated so much! My massage therapist was Aaron and OH MY GOD! He was amazing!!!!! He has this soft touch that just makes the massage feel heavenly. 2 of my other friends had him too and agreed that he’s great at what he does. He ensures you’re comfortable and enjoying your experience and YES, yes I did! My other friend had Mark and she said he was amazing also! Let me set the stage. We’re visiting from out of town and I booked services at the Gatlinburg St. Somewhere. My husband gets me an Uber to the Pigeon Forge St. Somewhere. Neither of us notice it in time. I end up stranded in Pigeon Forge because the next Uber is 45 minutes away. I call the Gatlinburg St. Somewhere in tears. Imagining the hundreds of lost dollars in services that I am missing because of a dumb mistake. They were so kind. They rearranged their schedule and promised not to charge me for missed services. They served me a cucumber margarita when I finally arrived and gave me extra time to calm down in the relaxation room. In the end I didn’t miss any services due to their flexibility. Also I had the best facial of my life, independent of the drama! Thank you so much to the ladies that work here. You truly saved my Sunday.

What an amazing experience all around. A Bachelorette party of 5 and everyone made us feel SO SPECIAL. Every staff member was so kind and genuine, but I really have to give a shout out to Terri. She did my mani-pedi and was an absolute sweet heart. I live 6 hours away and want to come back just to see her again. Thank you ladies for making this such a great time for all of us ladies. The ladies at St. Somewhere Spa were absolutely the best! I came here a few weeks ago to sneak my girlfriend away long enough for our friends & family to set up a surprise proposal I had planned back at the cabin we rented not too far from the spa. I told Tracy & Emily my plans to give my future fiancé a great experience & they did not disappoint! When we got there, they had the room covered in rose petals for us to give it that nice romantic ambiance. Then they set us up with the massage therapists for facials & full body massages that almost put us to sleep because they were so relaxing! Once we got done, they offered us what I thought was just going to be a glass of champagne, but they ended up giving us the entire bottle AND some chocolate covered strawberries to help put us even more into the love bubble. Honestly, it was the perfect date before I popped the big question & it helped everything go so smooth. My fiancé & I had a great time & I would recommend this place for anybody staying in Gatlinburg for a few days. I promise you won’t regret it

My best friend and I went on a last minute girls weekend and she booked us both gel polish pedis. Tiffany took care of me, while Jennifer did my friends. Both ladies were great conversation, and my toes look great. My friend did have some problems w her polish, but I have problems w gel on my fingernails as well so it wasn’t something they did wrong. She gave the spa a call Sunday morning and made it right for her! Spa was clean and the customer service was top notch. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I had wonderful service with my friend Tiffany who also posted a review. I got gel polish on my toenails, something I have never done before on my toes. I had tried a gel manicure at a salon years ago but it fell off, it turns out I just can’t wear gel polish. This was nothing to do with their polish or technique!! What made all the difference is how the spa handled it, allowing me to come in (without an appointment) and get all of my toes repainted with the like gel but not gel polish (which is amazing and is still perfect) free of charge. No other salon I have been to would have done that. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would. Also, the Zen Margaritas are delicious even if you are not a big cucumber fan. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing salon service to St. Somewhere Spa in Gatlinburg. You won’t be disappointed!

Visited the area for our 10th wedding anniversary. We decided to spend a day at the spa with massages and facials. Can’t say enough about the service! Everything was super clean, relaxing and the staff was exceptional. The zen margarita was the cherry on top of excellence!
