Here’s the thing. The doctors here are great. I really love my dermatologist here. But the office staff is terribly unorganized/not doing their job. If you need a prescription refill or any sort of communication with the Dr outside of an actual office visit, you can count on telling the office staff people the same thing over and over and not hearing anything back. It’s extremely frustrating. They seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and are on facebook all the time or something. Please train staff and improve management.

Our daughter has been going to this practice for well over a year. She has seen improvement in her acne but she never sees the same practicioner which makes continuity difficult. They have canceled appointments without telling us and their hours are super inconvenient for students unless you want to remove your child from school every month. Also the woman at the front desk is AWLFUL…so cold and unfriendly! We will never go back.

This is a resident run clinic so sometimes you may not see the same provider but regardless you will get the best care. Every appointment you get two doctor opinions for the price of one. They really take their time and truly care for their patients. Very easy to get appointments.
