Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to St John’s spa in upwards of 15 years. I primarily go go manicures and pedicures with Brandy. I have never experienced a higher quality, professional experience at a salon then when Brandy offers. She is kind, warm, cares about you and your family and offers help and suggestions regarding and surrounding her services. I will never go anywhere else. I have been going to St John’s spa in upwards of 15 years. I primarily go go manicures and pedicures with Brandy. I have never experienced a higher quality, professional experience at a salon then when Brandy offers. She is kind, warm, cares about you and your family and offers help and suggestions regarding and surrounding her services. I will never go anywhere else. Critical: QualityWhile everyone was really nice, and did comp my service, this was without a doubt the worst eyebrow tinting I ever got. Mildred was kind and admitted she made a mistake, but did not ask the color I wanted before going in with something that was so the wrong shade, it looks purple. I appreciated them comping it and how understanding they were, but I was literally trying not to cry. I am not at home furiously scrubbing my brows with oil in hopes that they won’t look like a completely different shade. They are still raw from when she tried to run the excess dye off to show it was just the skin, and not the fact that it is almost hilariously the wrong shade. Mildred was kind and admitted she made a mistake, but did not ask the color I wanted before going in with something that was so the wrong shade, it looks purple.
