Thought I’d try a new nail place closer to home in lieu of the positive reviews. Called today beforehand to schedule my pedicure today letting them know I need someone good who knows how to relieve an ingrown. Walked in at 3pm they set me up with an older, very nice, gentleman. The seats are so close to each other I could barely breathe and there was no room to hang my purse on the side. They didn’t ask me if I wanted anything to drink. I asked if he could please remove my ingrown since he went past it. I asked to cut down my nail shorter, he didn’t do it. I kept showing him areas of loose skin to trim off and I received no exfoliating leg scrub. Now I’m at home with dry skin on my toes I will need to trim off myself. What was supposed to be a relaxing hour of me time, ended up being 40 min waste of $30 and more work for me!

The employees are very sweet , warming , and welcoming . Great customer service , BUT the nail work is horrible . The nails do not last more than a week I have gone 3 times in hopes that I could possibly become a potiental regular but I have to admit I was not satisfied!
