We were visiting St Augustine, but if I lived there, I would be at this spa a lot! Teri gave me a facial, she’s so sweet and it was a great experience. My massage therapist was Holly, she worked wonders on my sciatic nerve, in my lower right back. It had been hurting for months, and she worked it out. No more dull pain in that area. My daughter also had a blemish facial and gel nails, done by Joan. She was informative and told my daughter how she needed to cleanse her face, to avoid breakouts. The whole experience was so nice! Thanks ladies!

Went to St. Augustine Spa. Nice and clean business.. Received a deep tissue massage tonight from Holly. So glad i did. Ive had a lot of back problems over the last few years. And this week has been a tough one. Ive been to numerous massage therapist, and hands down Holly Is The Best. Listened and understood my problems, Easy to talk to, all around nice person, and really knows what shes doing. Thankyou again and will be back very soon. Have a wonderful christmas. 🙂

St. Augustine Spa is literally like going “home” to me. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Services are never pushed on you but always are worth it! Dr. Aguliara is a Botox expert and treats my face like she would her own.

I tried to purchase a $300 gift card for my mothers birthday using their website. Their website is poorly designed, so there was a section covering the “purchase” button. So after entering my card info, I couldn’t press the stupid button to purchase. I tried on my phone and laptop. So I called to purchase the gift card over the phone. No one answered or called me back. Finally I decided to just go in to the spa and buy the gift card in person. I got there and waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. No one greeted me or even looked at me. I’m just shocked. My mom deserves a spa day at a place with exceptional service, so I’ll take my $300 somewhere else.

I love love love St. Augustine Spa! I’ve been other places for spa services but this is my favorite. The care is individualized. Dr. Aguilera has been beyond patient with me and my tiny fear of any kind of pain. Prices are consistently comparable if not better than other spas.
